General Order Information

No informtion can be changed to an order once it has been processed, including but not limited to the shipping address, billing information,size,item,or quanity. Orders can not be canceled after they have been processed, and are subject to the no refund policy (see refund policy below).

Sales tax will be apllied to all domestic orders. Tax amount is based on the applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state.

Orders can only be placed through the website.

In such case that an item has run out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you via email and offer to keep the order open until the item is back in stock, or offer a full refund. If we recieve no response within 7 days, your order will be refunded in full.

If a size or variant does not appear, it is currently not available.

Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $99 usd.

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with you tracking information and details.

Domestic orders normally arrive with 3-7 business days from the ship date unless otherwise specified. Shipping delays can occur in which we are not responsible for once they have left our facility.

Internatinal orders normallly take 2-4 weeks to arrive to their destination.

We are not reasponsilbe for packages lost due to shipind adress provided incorectly.

If you order returns to our facility due to a shipping error, we will notify you for an updated address via email that was given with the shipping information. If we do not receive a response within 7 business day, we reserve the right to refund you order.

Returns

There is a no refund policy.

Your purchase however may be eligible for an exchange with in 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility would include but not limited to being shipped the wrong item, items and or size due to are error.

Item, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your item , items you received arrived damaged. You must take a picture/'s and email them to us at (support@flofly.com). Once we receive the pictures, we will email you a return label. Once we've received the item, items, we will provide a replacement.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If your exchange is unable to processed do to an item, items not being in stock, you may be eligible for a refund.
In the case of refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
